People's safety is our responsibility

Green FM is an ethical and conscientious cleaning company

At Green FM, we believe that our cleaning staff and clients are the most important people in the world and strive to protect both at all costs.

You've probably heard it before: "Safety first."

At Green FM, we take the "first" part of that phrase very seriously. We know that people's safety is our responsibility, and we take it to heart.

We believe in the power of transparency, so here you can find out more about our health and safety, modern slavery and employment compliance policies.

        Modern Slavery

Green FM Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Green FM is committed to eliminating acts of modern-day slavery and human trafficking within our business and from within our supply chains. We recognise that no supply chain is perfect, but we are committed to identifying and eradicating any instances of modern slavery that may exist.

We believe that businesses have a duty to fight against the exploitation of workers in their supply chains, and we take this responsibility seriously. Our annual turnover is under £36 million and although we are not legally obliged to report on slavery and human trafficking, this statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

        Employment Compliance

        Approved Employment Systems

We believe in good employee relations, and we go above and beyond to promote this. It's your time to shine, and we want you to feel like you're treated with the respect you deserve.

Our company is committed to providing a working environment that promotes dignity and equality for all employees, regardless of race, gender, sexuality or age.

We believe that these values should be reflected throughout our daily business practices, which is why we are committed to complying with all current legislation around employment.
